We're Gig Buddies.
Empowering adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to access the best of London. We do this by pairing them up with a friend with similar interests.
YOUR GIG can be anything you like – A gig, trip to the theatre, down the pub to watch a match or a chat over a cuppa!
We believe having friends and enjoying spaces out in your local community should be the norm for everyone.
How do we do this?
Buddying
We match you up with a buddy, then it’s all about having a friend and getting to do fun stuff of your choice with your new friend.
Events & Socials!
The Gig Buddies team organises fun monthly socials for you to hang out with your mates.
Anyone can come to our socials even if you haven’t been matched, it’s a great way to go out locally, meet other buddies and make more friends.
We are in London and cover the following boroughs:
